  • What are your business hours?

    We are open 24 Hours a Day, 7 Days a Week. We've seen fantastic results in the flexibility of our business hours and how fast our projects are completed. Simply put, since our Team works from their offices, we've seen results with how our clients' websites turn out due to a relaxed work environment and more time with family.

  • How do I renew my subscription?

    Every Client Website comes with an automatic 1-year Subscription of Hosting, as long as the Client Pays their Monthly Fees; after a year has passed, we'll contact you with an offer for another year of service. There are no late fees and we give you up to 72 hours to pay after its due date if you're late. If you're in a Financial hardship, please feel free to email our support team at support@cryptobytestudios.com, and we promise we will give you more time to pay. We've all been there.

  • What type of payment methods do you accept?

    Cash, Card, and Bitcoin through their respective services. We always accept PayPal as long as its sent under the Family/Friends Category. The Products and Services Category has difficult for processing, as the funds arent released for up to 60 days because we sell a Service, not a Physical Product (we've shown evidence of our services). Esentially that means we pay for the sites and salaries upfront and its not something we like to do.  

  • Why are your web services a 3rd of the average price?

    We have a secret development process at Cryptobyte Studios that involves a series of task management roles being passed to team members everyday depending on their specialities and skills. We then use a System of Importing and Exporting in between little known platforms and our own privately owned software developed by our Founder and current Director, Seth Hobbs. This system enables us to finish sites faster and more effeciently, therefore we found it fitting to charge less.

  • Do you have any branches overseas?

    If you count individuals working as a team from around the world to accomplish the goal of seeing brand names grow overnight, yes we do! We have indivually contracted employees in the USA, India, Bangladesh, UK, Canada, and the Czech Republic. Our call center though, when it is open throughout the day (8am-5pm CTZ), is only American. We want people in the States to feel compfortable talking to someone they may relate to and not be detered by the inability to fully understand someone on the other side of the world. Upon request, we can transfer any caller to a A.I. System that will speak your language and have full conversations with you.

  • Can we negotiate prices?
